Plastic Cups & Coolers with Ice
Glass is not allowed on any vehicle. Bring sturdy plastic cups and a cooler packed with fresh ice to keep your beverages cold for the entire ride.
Sealed Beverages (BYOB Welcome)
You are welcome to bring your own drinks on board. Sealed cans and bottles are preferred. All passengers must be 21 or older if alcohol is present.
Approved Decorations
Balloons, streamers, banners, and posters are welcome. Avoid anything that could cause damage or leave residue — no glitter, confetti, tape on leather, or adhesive decorations.

Alcohol Policy
BYOB is welcome for groups where all passengers are 21 years of age or older. If minors are present and alcohol is also on board, a parent or legal guardian must accompany the group for the entire trip. Underage drinking is strictly prohibited and will result in the trip being terminated. Denver Party Ride does not provide alcohol — guests bring their own.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, vaping, and all tobacco products are not permitted inside any vehicle. We understand some guests may need breaks — your chauffeur can make unlimited stops within your reserved timeframe for smoking, restroom, or fresh-air breaks at safe locations.
Cleanup Responsibility
Please leave the vehicle in the same condition you found it. Excessive messes, spills, stains, or damage may result in cleaning or repair fees as outlined in your rental agreement. Bringing trash bags and cleaning up as you go keeps things easy for everyone.
Pet Policy
Pets are generally allowed with prior approval. Let us know when booking so we can pair you with the best vehicle and ensure there are no conflicts. Service animals are always welcome. Any damage or excessive cleaning caused by pets may incur additional charges.
Overtime Charges

Cancellation Policy
